Hi-drive
|
Questo innovativo sistema di guida è montato sui rulli tandem della Hamm serie DV. Un joystick multifunzione permette di guidare e stersare in modo del tutto nuovo. Uno dei vantaggi è che la direzione di marcia corrisponde in ogni istante con le direzione dllo spostamento del Joystick a prescindere dalla posizione della sedia dell'operatore.
Sembra dalla stessa, leva attraverso dei pulsanti, si possono impostare i due modi di sterzatura attraverso le sole ruote posteriori o a granchio, si può azionare il taglia bordi (opzionale) ed inserire/disinserire la vibrazione, bloccare/sbloccare i movimenti del rullo.
Inoltre il sedile ruota di 360° permettendo all'operatore di guidare sempre "a marcia avanti". La cabina può traslare a destra o a sinistra cosi come il sedile dell'operatore che avrà sempre sotto gli occhi il lato della strada da controllare, marciapiede o guardrail.
Quando l'operatore cambia posizione gli specchietti ruotano automaticamente angolandosi in maniera ottimale con la nuova posizione di guida.
Ovviamente la cabina è dotata di aria condizionata ed un monitor a cristalli liquidi riporta ogni notizia utile. Litri di carburante nel serbatoio, frequenze di vibrazione, acqua disponibile nei serbatoi e quanto tempo impiegherà ad esaurirsi in funzione della portata degli spruzzatori. E ancora temperatura dell'asfalto, posizione dei rulli, temperatura interna ed esterna alla cabina, e tanto altro ancora.

Is is a button positioned on the single lever bucket control that with a simple touch of the finger, switch automatically downshifts from second to first gear when beginning the digging cycle. The transmission automatically upshifts from first to second when the direction control lever is placed in reverse.

Power Steering
|
Hydrostatic Differential "Power Steering"
In the power steering version a hydraulic powered motor is actuating epicycloidal reduction gears that replace the steering clutches. The reduction gears on both sides generate different speeds in the output gear of each track, to enable power is transmitted to the tracks enabling smooth and powerful turns. Possible counter-rotation minimises the turning radius. Excellent manoeuvrability and shock-free steering minimised operator fatigue and reduces machine down time

ROPS
|
ROPS stands for Roll-Over Protective Structure. Is a cab or frame that provides a safe environment for the tractor operator in the event of a rollover. The Rops frame must pass a series and dynamic crush tests. These tests examine the ability of the ROPS to withstand various loads to see if the protective zone around the operator station remains intact in an overturn. A homemade bar attached to the tractor axle, or simple sun shades, cannot protect the operator if the tractor overturns.
The ROPS must meet standards which certify they provide adequate protection in a tractor upset. If the ROPS is certified, there will be a certification label on the unit.

VHP-Arrangement
|
VHP (variable horsepower) and VHP Plus (on H series Motor-grader), restrict power when traction is limited and increase power in higher gears when the machine demands more power. This results in greater efficiency and higher productivity.
